Our Mission

We’re on a mission to empower the youth in the Fox Valley region to reach their fullest potential as healthy, happy adults by cultivating meaningful experiences through youth baseball.

In 2022, a group of passionate parents noticed a lack of opportunities for young people to develop their athletic skills and advance to the next level of competitive baseball—so they decided to take action. 

Warrior Valley Baseball was founded to foster a positive and welcoming environment that equips young people with the support they need to strengthen social bonds, advance their competitive skills, and develop crucial life skills. By doing this, our ultimate goal is to empower them with the confidence they need—both on and off the field—to grow into the next generation of community leaders.

Underpinned by our belief that all young people deserve a chance to reach their ultimate potential, we are committed to developing financial aid opportunities to support this journey. Through these programs, we aim to create an inclusive environment that inspires young athletes while giving back to the communities we serve.

Our Vision

We envision Warrior Valley Baseball being the starting point of an active community driven by respect, unity, and a healthy dose of friendly competition. Through this, we hope to build the foundations for a thriving wider community.

We believe that youth sport plays an essential role in creating an engaged community that supports the development of its young people. We see ourselves as an indispensable partner to players, coaches, and umpires in our community, prioritizing financial transparency and accountability to ensure that self-development opportunities are accessible to all.

Over the short term, we are focused on launching our financial aid program for youth players while increasing access to clinics and other crucial resources to empower players, coaches, and umpires to develop their skills. 

As we grow forward, our long-term goal is to establish a high school senior scholarship program that supports the continued education and growth of our young people. In parallel, we aim to develop a program that provides discounted services to our member towns, fostering broader connections and providing athletic opportunities to young people from all walks of life.
